OLIVE CREAM

For more refined palates, the Peddio Farming Company produces this special olive cream.
The selected olives are processed in a traditional fashion: they are crushed very finely to a thick and creamy paste, which is preserved in glass jars covered with extra virgin olive oil.
Great to spread on bruschette and toast, it is excellent when accompanied by meat, eggs or fish.
