Peddio’s farming company, whose name comes from the location of one of its olive groves, takes personal care of every step of the extra virgin olive oil production process.
On its organic farming land, olives - normally of the Bosana variety - mature and are then harvested mechanically with the most innovative equipment owned by the company. In the space of a few hours, the olives are crushed at the company mill, to guarantee the product’s genuineness. Finally, the product is bottled and packed at the company’s plant.
